Lead all aspects of the fundraising auction, securing donations of goods and services, creating packages into baskets, and managing the auction bidding, payments and deliveries. Also facilitates sponsorships. Sub-committee positions include:

Art After Dark
With the art teachers, help plan and execute all aspects of the Art After Dark event and the Artome fundraiser, which supports the art department. Duties to include preparing students’ art for display and coordinating volunteers for the event.
Fall Book Fair
Schedules, coordinates and staffs Fall Book Fair week with Scholastic Books and media specialist. Promotes week-long events and a possibly a Family Night event. Chairs must be available on premises all week during the sale. Held during the first week of November. Committee helps set up events and volunteers during the weeks of the sale.
Working with the Boosterthon staff, the committee will assist with various aspects of our annual “Fun Run” fundraiser (to be held in late January). Duties include decorating the school to help promote the event and pledge counting/collection.
Determine which merchandise should be sold (creativity welcomed), and work with vendor to sell a variety of branded items from online store. Oversee display of items at various functions, including parent orientations and school events. Work with vendor to deliver items to children at school in timely manner.
