• Treasurer Elect

​A leadership role that assists the current treasurer while training to move into the Executive position when the current treasurer's term is up.

• ​Spring Fest​​

Coordinate the planning, organizing and execution of Baldwin Park Elementary School's largest family event, our annual spring carnival.  Chairperson is responsible for organizing sub-committees that handle sponsorship, food, tickets sales, bake sale, decorations and more!​

• Holiday Parade

Coordinate participation of school in the Baldwin Park Holiday Parade.  Create float theme, secure the float, costume, candy, etc.  Facilitate essay contest & coordinate with PTA to determine the children who will ride on the holiday float, and schedule the participation of Principal.

• Skate Night
  Organize and plan 2-4 skate nights per year. Work with Semoran Skateway to arrange dates. Work with VP Communications to promote. Must attend Skate Nights.

• International Night
  Plan and organize family-friendly event that gets students excited about learning about different cultures. Coordinate participating countries and/or share your own heritage! 

• Fifth Grade Graduation Party

Works with the 5th Grade parent representative to plan, organize, and execute the fifth grade year‐end party. May also include various 5th grade fundraisers and activities to be held throughout the year. Works with PTA and administration to ensure needed funds to cover the cost of party.

• Walk N Roll

Organizes two Walk n Roll (Walk/Bike to School) events, one in the fall and one in the spring. Includes promotion and securing incentives for participants. ​

​

• Art After Dark

With the art teachers, help plan and execute all aspects of the Art After Dark event and the Artome fundraiser, which supports the art department.  Duties to include preparing students’ art for display and coordinating volunteers for the event.
